TENDER NOTICE
Ministry of Maritime Affairs Islamabad invites sealed bids from reputed firms registered with income tax and sales tax authorities for supply of IT hardware/software/ machines for its project titled “Development of ICT Infrastructure'' during the financial year 2020-21 from Islamabad / Rawalpindi based firms having proper shops / office and telephone facility.
- All the firms/ bidders should submit financial proposals as per Rule 36 (a) of PPR 2004 (single stage one envelope procedure).
- The tender documents (Download Tender Document) containing detailed information/specification/requirement, terms & Conditions etc are available on Ministry’s website (www.moma.gov.pk) and (www.ppra.gov.pk), these documents can also be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours before, closing date/time (free of cost).
- The last date of submission of bids shall be 26.03.2021 at 11.00 hrs of last day at the address given below and will be opened on the same date at 11.30 hrs in the presence of available bidders.
