To encourage the policy of Public Private Partnership an Environmental Friendly Multi Purpose Bulk Handling Terminal at East Wharf is proposed.Facilities that may be provided by the concessionaire should include bulk handling cranes with bagging units,conveyors, silos and other auxiliary facilities.Consultant M/s NESPAK have been engaged to carry out
feasibility study and probably completed by Sep 2018 & thereafter.
