Educational Qualification

Masters Degree from HEC recognized Universities in the field of Management/Administrative/Social/Natural Sciences/Engineering/MBA/ MPA.

Work Experience

At least 20 years post qualification experience at executive positions in the field of administration, management, project development in any reputed public / private organization. The experience of port management will be preferred.

Age limit

Maximum age limit 62 years as on closing date of receipt of applications

Remuneration & other facilities

Equivalent to Management Pay Scale-I.

Job Description

The Chairman shall perform duties and functions as are assigned to him under the PQA Act, 1973

1. Persons having required qualification and experience should submit their applications alongwith attested copies of educational documents, experience certificates, CNIC and two recent passport size photographs with detail CV to the undersigned within 15 days of publication of this advertisement. 
2. The applicants working in Government semi Government departments or autonomous bodies should apply through proper channel.
3. If a government servant is selected he would have to seek premature retirement or resign from the Government.
4. Candidature of the applicants will be examined in the light of provisions of PQA Act, 1973, SOE Act, 2023 and Federal Government, policies regarding appointment of CE/Head of Organizations.
5. Only short-listed candidates will be invited for interview.
6. Incomplete applications submitted without attaching required documents and those received after due date will not be entertained.
7. Candidates shall not be entitled TA/DA on appearing in interviews.
