  1. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test / interview.
  2. Candidates already in Government service should apply through proper channel. Late and incomplete application shall not be entertained.
  3. 5 years relaxation in upper age limit will be allowed as permissible under the existing Government Rules.
  4. Applications on prescribed format alongwith attested photocopies of the testimonials would reach to Section Officer (Admn), Ministry of Maritime Affairs, 8th    Floor, Kohsar Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.
  5. Applications can also be submitted on the email address (so.admin@moma.gov.pk). 
  6. Only short listed candidates will be called for test/interview.
  7. Ministry of Maritime Affairs will follow guidelines & policy to be issued by Cabinet Secretariat / Establishment Division in matter of all recruitment.
